I've been having a hard time putting into practice the software development processes that have studied, read several books as: 'UML and UP' 'Head First Software Development' 'Head First Object Oriented Analysis and Design' among others.
The one that got close for my understanding was Head First Software Development that shows some SCRUM principles.
It turns out that I can't put into practice consistently the principles of these processes, in part by my lack of experience in them and also by the lack of examples of real applications.
So the question is there any book that demonstrates these principles in practice with real-world problems? Or some other book that addresses these processes more clearly for someone who does not have much experience on 'Software Development Process'.
